FWM - Best Maintained Communities in OC. I have noticed the comments written in this section have been negative and written by people who obviously have had a relationship with on-site management personnel who are either no longer with the company or work for FWM and have no respect for the person who signs their paycheck. The properties are beautiful and the employees are fantastic. While no one is perfect, at The Aspens, Management and the owners of Far West do strive to make The Aspens a place every resident wants to come home to. Far West Owner Never Happy. Management is not the problem here. It is the owner. I have heard from management how the owner is a very negative pain in the ... He never has nothing nice to say. He is a power hungry mongrowl. When someone comes in and runs a property well, he fires them for no good reasons. I have lived in the Aspens for awhile now and will be leaving shortly because I am so sick of this owner. I do not want to give one more cent to this jerk. He will never be happy and it's his own fault. He has had some very well organized and caring people work for him but he gets rid of them as soon as he can. God forbid anyone make a little mistake and rain on his parade!! I have had enough and I will tell anyone and everyone not to rent from any property run by this jerk off.…

Disappointing Follow Through. This is a great place to live if you never have an emergency maintenance request or need to speak with the after hours office staff. Follow Through and Sincerity are not high on the list and that is very disappointing.…
