why would you rent from this group. They are a bunch of greedy slumlords who take the TerraMonte apartment tenants hard-earned money and don't do anything to fix up the apartment complex. They should be put in jail. They are just like Enron..

inconsiderate selfish investors. I have several friends who have live in there comunities and they all agree that this company has raised our rents for the past 2 yrs over $350 plus. I understand the cost of living, but there maintenance is poor, comunity has no to little ammenities, location has crime rate which management knows who is responsible and will not evict, management not recommended and there supost customer care line does not return calls. They keep changing managers so quick that every request always ends lost. To my surprise also upper management has a high turnover. Can you believe it there own president left them! They claim to be professional but all they have is excuse. The good managers that we do have leave bitter against the company. I have seen humiliation of there staff. They are so heartless that they forget to be professional infront of there own customers. I am so glad i finally release my lease. They are crazy. I BET starting from now to the end of September these properties try to look good due to owner inspection. If only they could be like this year round. they are increadibly the biggest LIARS!!!! I fortunately have lived in other mangement comunities and would like to recomend Essex comunities, Bre properties and FPI management. I dont recomennd WNG nor Arnel because they are the same. Again i am relief that i am out! Beware! talk to many people who currently live there! they will agree. Avoid any Northern orange county communites from western because they are all the same. Believe me i made the mistake to live in two of there comunities and i recommend if you do choose to live ther buy the full coverage renter isurance. They will not be liable and you will have vandalism to your car or robery in your home!!!!!!!
