Don't deal with this company.. Don't deal with Secured Funding. They helped my father steal my identity and signed my loan papers. They knew I was in ohio and they sent the papers to florida to my other home. They also sent the check to florida which they knew I was in ohio. They said they couldn't send the check to ohio. So they pretty much helped my dad steal $65,000.

Nihtmare. Please do not pick this company for a loan. We signed a loan and we asked for a fixed rate and they put in a flexable rate that goes up and down. I have a creditor that I just found out hasn't been paid in full and now with the interst we owe quite a bit of money to. I've tried to call Secured Funding and left messages and no one will return my calls. This is no way to do business. You need someone who will partner with you in your best interest. But please please do not go here and get a loan. You will get ripped off.

avoid uses this company. to all viewers please dont use this loan company. they take advange of people who cant seek credit nowhere else and charge you and arm and leg. you cannot get in touch with these people. i am being sued by someone right now over this crazy company that i think is a fake please do your homework

Look out for bad loan. I have a couple that approached me for help as they were about to loose their home. They came to me as a last result because they had nowhere else to go. I asked to see their current loan on their home and found that Secured Funding Corporation had written their loan. Not only did they steal 5 points up front sucking out several thousand dollars in interest but they also created a deal that was not affordable for this couple they funded. The property that was funded had a couple hundred thousand dollars in equity and deserved a conventional 30 year loan that would have been affordable instead they were talked into buying an arm at a poor interest rate that would surely cost them their property once Secured Funding Corporation sucked all of the equity out of the deal. These terms went hand in hand with extreme fees as well. Only use this company if you support good people being taken advantage of by dirty lenders.
