We used to eat here weekly years ago when it was China West as they had the best Chinese food in Orange County. We have been out of state for five years, tried W's when we returned and was disappointed in the food. We just tried it again, it was worse than we remembered. The Cashew Chicken was tasteless and the Broccoli Beef was only marginally better.
Very disappointing, we wanted to love it.

There is nothing bad that I can say about this place. From the decor to the food everything was great! When you first walk in you're greeted by extremely nice, beautiful hosts and hostesses. The set-up and decor of this place is amazing. Their excellent wine list and tasty specialty drinks will keep you coming back day after day. Look out PF Chang's WS is blowing you out the water when it come to food quantity and quality. I have never had chinese food this good before! There service is definitely something to brag about. Classy professional servers who's mannerisms complement the establishment. I could go on and on about how much I loved this place. They will be seeing me again!!!"

As a California kid, I have been spoiled with great restaurants representing the far east all my like, and after discovering this gem I no longer go to any other Chinese restaurant. If you mix the authentic food from Sam Woo with the American taste of PF Changs you get the value and the delicious taste of what Ws China Bistro offers. The service is great and there happy hour specials at there bar is the best deal in town. If you have not been here you are missing out on the best Chinese food in Orange County. The owners opera sing for the guests on busy nights too!!
