This is the kind of company I need to go after my DEAD BEAT accounts. Some people "feel" as though they are entitled or have a right to not pay..., if they have what they "feel" is a good enough excuse!

Feelings have nothing to do with it. YOU AGREED TO PAY and you must pay the note. Why? ----- Well that is because EVERYBODY can think of an excuse to not pay..., if they really stop and think about it a minute.

Bankruptcy, divorce, loss of a job, the dog bit you, the truck don't run, a family member passed away...or "I was sick" is often used.

I am not rating this company based on their professional appeal or kindness..., they are not running a charity or church hand out group. Based on the two reviews I see .., which both admit they are behind on their payements, it appears that their dogging people works.

My new tactic is to create a webpage with the address/URL being the person's name along with a reward and details, photo of the person etc.

PAY YOUR BILLS.... you promissed to pay. DO NOT BORROW IF YOU CANNOT PAY BACK. Have some dignity and respect.

I rate this company as good.

GOOD LUCK WITH THIS ONE. WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT MY CAR I WAS GREATFUL TO HAVE A COMPANY FINANCE ME SINCE MY CREDIT WAS NOT TOO GOOD AT THE TIME. FOR THE FIRST 2 YEARS I NEVER HAD 1 LATE PAYMENT. THEN I LOST MY DAUGHTER UNEXPECTEDLY AND HAD TO PAY FOR A FUNERAL. I TRIED TO DEFER THE PAYMENT.....I BASICALLY HAD TO BEG IN TEARS. SINCE THEN IF I AM ONE DAY LATE THEY START CALLING ANY NUMBER THEY CAN GET A HOLD OF. THEY CALL OLD JOBS, THEY CALL FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS. I HAVE ASKED THEM ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASION NOT TO CALL MY CURRENT JOB. THEY STILL CALL. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE ALL RUDE, AND DEMEANING. THEY DO NOT ALLOW GRACE PERIODS IN ANYWAY, SO WHY THE HELL WOULD I ANSWER THEIR CALLS. IF I TELL THEM I WILL MAKE MY PAYMENT IN 3 DAYS THE RESPONCE I GET IS IT NEEDS TO BE IN TODAY. THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Worst Customer Service. United Auto Credit is very annoyin, rude, non-professional, and they are irate. I am a client of theirs and I am behind in my monthly payments they call my references all day long. One of my friend called BBBon them. People be very aware of who you getting to finance your car. They harras my reference more thatn they call me. They call them on the job and call them stupid. They tried to bribe them and all they do is lie. They are the worst Finance company I have ever come across.
