Franco's Pasta Cucina!. A gem to be found just across John Wayne airport in Irvine on Michelson.

Went there last Friday for lunch with wife and brother in tow. We were impressed with the beautiful lady chef that expertly tossed up three different fresh pasta dishes right before our eyes. After receiving our orders, the fare seemed so appetizing that we decided to share and sample the food equally. I'm so glad we did as all three dishes were delicious. We asked for clam and linguini, bowtie sausage pasta in pesto sauce and fish linguini. All three sauces were different in taste and texture. If we had eaten the food with our hands, we would have described it as finger lickin' good!

The chef and staff were courteous and complied to our request for extra condiments. We left with a beautiful taste in our mouths and a light but satisfied feeling.

If you want a quick lunch with flavors of high-end restaurant fare, this is the place to go. Will definitely visit again.
