worst service ever. the food was ok, but our waitress was extremely slow at getting things we asked for and was kind of rude at one point. she even forgot one of our orders. my goodness...we'll not go back to this restaurant again.

Indescribable Dinner Experience. We have been dining at Prego for over 20 years. The food here is priced quite nicely for the quality and quantity you receive. Everything on the menu is Fabulous! I doubt anyone would leave there unhappy about their meal. And if they did I would assume they are just NEVER happy people. The Chef, Servers, Hotess, etc. were very accomodating. Our overall experience two nights ago was beyond Amazing. We will be going back for the next 20 plus years thats for sure. Try it out you will LOVE IT!

No bravo for service.. On a Sunday evening, less than half the restaurant was filled but our seating was squeezed into a corner. Knowing the lack of customers, our waitress neglected us. The service was terrible, she ignored a specific request to leave out onion and garlic-arguing with us that it was left out when you could see it on the plate, the food was overpriced, we were charged for food we never received, and will NEVER go again. Although we were overcharged and didn't see it until later, too much trouble to deal with for a restaurant we will never go to and tell everyone we know never to go to.

Terrible Service!!. Went to Prego's for a birthday. The food was $20-30 a plate. Not only did they wait till we were almost done eating to check up on us, but I had to wait to flag them down to give me a steak knife so that I could eat my food. The waiter filled everyone's glass but mine, ignored my request for a box, and gave my party the bill without asking us if we wanted dessert (they have a dessert cart!) The food was ok, but not anything special. Not really worth it. I did not tip because they didn't earn it. I will never go back here again!

Not an enjoyable experience. My spouse and I went to Prego one evening after several of his co workers recommended it. Excited to enjoy the experience, we walked in and the host was very personable. That's where the positive experience stopped. Our server stood around looking dumbfounded most of the evening. He looked at my husband's empty glass several times but never refilled it. The server assistant was much more enjoyable.The food was so so. My lasagna was not very 'authentic.' The sauce tasted like the sauce in a can of Chef boy arde can. It was very thin and not tasteful. Being in the restaurant industry, I expected more from an upscale establishment. Not impressed and will not return.

Great for Families. We went to Prego for dinner and were very impressed. The food was delicious, far better than expected, and our waitress was wonderful. She made dessert reccommendations and was great with the kids. We will definitely go again.
