don't be so convinced that it is thier fault. I have read the last two reviews and would like to defend Dr. Hamilton's office (no I do not work there)...I know for a fact that Quest Diagnostics makes mistakes with thier testing, I do work in a physician's office where Quest is the laboratory we use, we have had numerous problems with them botching test or getting results out to us late...I have even spoken personally with representatives and managers at Quest, they tried "passing the buck" in every direction but thier own, so before you actually lay the blame upon the Dr.'s office and staff, please make for certain that whom ever you spoke with at Quest is not really the one that's lying.

Don't go there!. I agreed with previous review. I called for my test results 6 times and they just told me they didn't have it yet. Finally after my strongly requesting, they checked. It turned out they never send it out..

This doctor's office is disorganized and dishonest.. First, my lab test showed extremely irregular results but they mistakenly informed me over the phone that my test was fine.

Then when I pick up a copy of my lab test, it says on there that the doctor's office made a mistake with my sample so that the results are inaccurate. Dr. Hamilton's office kept blaming the lab that did the analysis (Quest). I called Quest Diagnostics and they confirmed that the doctor's office made the error. A second doctor also confirmed that Dr. Hamilton's office made the error.

Dr. Hamilton's office kept giving me the run around. Claiming that they could never get in touch with Quest Diagnostics to sort this out for me. Strange, because I didn't have to wait over 5 minutes before I got in touch with someone at Quest. Dr. Hamilton's office never took responsibility and they handled this matter poorly. There are plenty of better doctors to go to. Don't trust this one.
