With a degree in PE (which I never used) I know what I am looking for in a personal trainer. This place exceeded my expectations. The knowlegdeable and friendly trainers will kick your butt while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I always felt like their exercise prescription was right on and was amazed at their reliability (even for my 6am workouts) and boundless energy. Hiring a trainer was somewhat of a drain on my wallet but in the end it was, and is, worth every penny. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.
Pros: Private facility without the high price, no crowds, no long term contracts, no hidden fees, lots of comraderie, family friendly
Cons: Parking can be a problem midmorning.
