I've been going to Jack Winn Salon for
about two years now. I always see Shelly for my color and Kumi for haircuts. They all specialize in this salon so you go to one person for color and one person for cuts. Sometimes i only get my color done and you have to either book a blow dry or they have a self-dry station in the back.
Shelly always talks to me about the color and asks if i want to do anything new (even though i always do the same) at least she asks!! She is the only person i let touch my color after she fixed another persons bad job.
Kumi gives me the most wonderful haircuts!! She is Very good at straightening curly hair too!!
This salon is on PCH next to Chart house, Billy's and wine lab. They have a great salon with wood floors and exposed ceilings. It looks really new in there. They validate your parking and also offer soda, beer, wine, coffee...
Oh, I also see Lisa for my eyebrows....She is awesome. They guy at the front desk is always really helpful when i leave and make my next appt.
I will be back, and I encourage you to try it!!

Kumi is now on Maternity leave...she told me to see Sofia, my cut was just as great . thank you

This place is so great. They have an awesome blow dry deal--$35 which is perfect for my date nights. Also, go see Shelley for color! She is amazing.

So lucky to have found such talented hairstylists! I have long curly brunette hair, and Whitney added the perfect touch of highlights and warmth to my color. For my haircut I wanted to go much shorter, above my shoulders. Most stylists I have seen in the past make a face that says "No!" when I have mentioned it, but Emily was excited to hear that I wanted to do something drastic, and I couldn't be any happier with my new cut! Also, I had my eyebrows shaped by Amanda and they look better than ever!

Bad experience!. I came here as part of a bridal party to get hair and makeup done. There was a total of 4 of us and we arrived early. The bride had booked appointments for us months in advanced. I didn't really like the energy of the place. I understood that it was busy but I don't think that we should have felt rushed when we had a two hour appointment slot scheduled for each of us. 20 minutes into the appointment, there was a lady asking my hairstylist if she was almost done and it seemed to have continued every 15 minutes until she was finished. I could tell it was pretty distracting for the stylist and I felt very unimportant and uncomfortable. I feel like her work was not as good as it should have been for the money spent. The same goes for the hairstylist that was working on the other bridesmaid. Our hair was falling out of our updos before the wedding even started. The stylist used tons of hairspray and fried my hair with heat. My hair now smells of burnt chemicals and is no longer soft after washing and conditioning several times. Her work was hurried and it definitely showed. The makeup was OK work. I've had better makeovers at department store makeup counters. I definitely see that its quantity over quality for this place. Needless to say, I won't be going back-- even if it was free.

Cutting edge salon with a great vibe. I was recommended by a coworker and had a great experience . I went in for cut and color and loved my results. The young ladies who styled and colored my hair sat down with me and really discussed the options and end result i wanted to get out of the visit. It has been so long since i have really trusted someone and they made me feel so comfortable . I ended up coming back and getting some extension for fullness and i have never felt sexier in my life!

Love my blonde hair!. I just found this salon on PCH and I absolutely love it! I have blonde curly hair and I have never been totally happy with it. I went to Candice for my color and Ashleigh for my cut and blowdry and it was great! I love the shade of blonde and Ashleigh gave me silky straight hair that lasted for days!

Thank Haven I found this salon.. I went in for color with Sadie and she also gave me a new set of hair extensions . The last set of extensions I had done took forever to put in and broke my hair, so when I heard Sadie did them I was exited to try but nervous. I am so happy with my hair so all of you girls I see out there with bad extensions call Sadie she is a life saver.
