my floors look like glass!!. I was afraid to walk on my newly buffed floors, I thought they were wet. I am incredulous what a fantastic job stoneshine did on my marble floors! The crew was at my home the entire day and cleaned up their entire mess. They even asked to use the restroom, wow. I will gladly give a reference to Stoneshine anytime! unreliable, little clean up. The workmen barely speak English and appear to be immigrants. The job was subcontracted without explaining this to me beforehand. Having multiple bosses was confusing. I found out that the subcontracting boss had priority. The original price was raised by the subcontractor and never restored despite no additional wood issues on the job. The sanding left the place filthy especially the new bathroom which should have been sealed off. The workmen walked off the job midway through without any reason and without notification. I complained, but they had 'another job' that was more urgent than mine. So I had to reschedule. My tile was dirtied. Dust was everywhere. Clean up was minimal in the rooms with wood floors. My exterior to the condo was damaged by their truck. The workmen were going to pick the floor stain color for me when I showed up and chose a different color. It was not properly explained to me that the floors would be blond colored after the sanding. Several disagreements arose. Evidently the customer is almost always wrong. Their workmen are right.

Great job - restored my marble floors. wow, this company restored my marble floors which i thought were beyond repair. they deep cleaned the grout (which changed from black to lite tan - its normal color) cleaned the marble and buffed the floors to a high gloss. the floors look almost new again. bravo!

Best stone Polishing Company in all of Orange County!!. I am entirely satisfied with the services I have received from Stoneshine. I hired them about two years ago after repeatedly paying my old stone people to service my travertine floors. The stone specialist from Stoneshine found out why travertine floor was getting little holes popping up everywhere, every other company that I got an estimate from was outrageously expensive and looked very unprofessional, Stoneshine suggested adding an epoxy compound to cover the holes to prevent water from penetrating the travertine causing further damage, the epoxy compound matched the color of the travertine and allowed cold water to flow through it instead of the water zipping through the holes when being cleaned! This solution was the most inexpensive and cost effective of all; every other company I called had no solution and simply didn’t know what to do. Now it’s been two years and the problem didn’t reoccur thanks to the knowledge of Stoneshine stone experts. After experiencing this excellent service I fired my old maintenance person to clean my floors each month and I can honestly say it's never looked better!. Keep up the great service StoneShine!!

My floors look better than when they were first installed!!!. I'm so happy with the results of getting my kitchen marble floors cleaned by Stoneshine. They did such an excellent job at giving me the right pricing, being here ontime, being very professional and having great rates. I did my kitchen floors and countertops and they look better than they did 5 years ago when I first got them installed! I'm so satisfied with the services they provided, and I'm not an easy person to please. But don't take my word for it, try them yourself and you'll see. I highly recommend their services.

My marble was brought back to it's new form. Thanks Johann!. I recently got my kitchen floors and counters cleaned after a huge party that left them a bigger mess than they already had been. I have always taken great care of my expensive floors, but I didn't know what to do when they started losing their shine. A friend of mine had gotten hers cleaned and I thought she had replaced them they looked so good! I thought it was the perfect service for me. I called Stoneshine and they showed up promptly, and had my floors and counter cleaned and polished in no time! I liked their professionalism and expertise in taking care of expensive floor and counters. I'm having them back to do my master bathroom next week. It's a small price to pay compared to what the replacement alternative of having to replace expensive stone. I highly recommend them for their affordability, professionalism and expertise in the field of cleaning and polishing expensive stone.
