SERIOUS Lack of Professionalism. Wow, I'm blown away by the serious and embarrassing lack of customer service that this "Spa" is offering. I'm jealous of those of you who have had decent experiences. This experience ruined my Mother's Birthday present.

I called the number on their website to make an appointment. After viewing over their entire selection, I decided on the "All About Me" treatment for my Mother and myself, as well as "The Quickie Massage" for my Mother after her other treatment. Their number (714) 668-9660 is being redirected to a call center that has no idea what the Spa offers.

When I called to make an appointment, the woman asked for what time and then said "Thank you." I said, "Thank you? I haven't told you what I wanted to make an appointment for or for how many people." After getting "back into the system" she supposedly writes down my "order/request" and that was that.

This was a special day for my Mother. She means the world to me and deserves a relaxing day off. We were both excited for our Mother-Daughter time together. When we get there, the receptionist looks at me confused when I tell her I'm here for our 2PM appointment. I only see one name written down with no notes. The receptionist then goes to get the manager and the manager tells me that she had not received any note from the owner concerning our treatment. She didn't even know what I was there for. When I told her what I had reserved, mentioning that it was for my Mother's Birthday, she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to tell them to go to their website and show them what I had reserved, and the scary thing is that it seemed like they were looking at the webpage for the first time in their life.

An apology was barely given. The manager says she can't reschedule me for next week cause the technician won't be in, but we can come back the first week of January instead! There was no, "I'm terribly sorry for the mix-up," no "Happy Birthday," no compensation of ANY kind.

Bottom-Line: We will not be rescheduling there. I still can't believe the lack of professionalism that we received. If the customer knows more about what is on the company's website than the employees and even the manager, then there is a MAJOR problem. I'll have to delay my Mother's present and special day to plan a new one.

Want to lose unwanted inches painless and fast? Go see Kim at Chocolate Day Spa!. I love my 3 kids but hate what they did to my abs. I have stretch marks and no matter how many sit ups and core exercises I do - I never lose that spare tire santa like belly. Until now. After only Six 1 hour treatments that were EASY, pain free, and comfortable... I am thrilled to say I'm a full dress size smaller. I feel so different about myself than I did at my first appointment. Just walk inside and it looks and smells like a giant chocolate bar. I received core concentrated treatments and the results speak for themselves. I was instantly put at ease by Kim and highly recommend her. This is really how European women stay so slender. Thanks for sharing the secret.

'Chocolate Day Spa' recomendation. I love this place! After only 6 treatments I noticed a big reduction in cellulite on my butt and legs. My whole body feels firmer and leaner. It sounds too good to be true but Arasys works! Go try it for your self- I'm hooked!

Beautiful & Tranquil "spa-like" way to tone & loose weight! The owner, Kim is great..... I was so impressed with how peaceful & tranquil this "spa" is (it's brand new & Kim showed me around & pointed out what will be coming in the near future). Nevermind the (great) look, lay down, relax & loose those unwanted Holiday pounds & inches - sign me up! The owner, Kim is very nice and is a true professional (& obviously very good at what she does). I can't wait to go back for another visit! Thank you Kim.
