Nice cover, Wrong fold, issue never resolved. Found this place on line and my daughter ordered a triple fold walk on one for their Spa. Theirs was the heavy duty one and they were happy with it. They had several interfaces with Spa Covers Plus because of their large and unusal sized in ground spa.

I subsequently ordered a Spa Cover last fall and received it right before Thanksgiving 2010. I had talked to Steve on the phone to make sure the fold was in the right place and we changed it over the phone. Turned out it wasn'tright but we were leaving for the week so I just took off the old and put the new on.

Nice dense foam that insulates well. I sent an email to Steve and we talked and he had someone call and it was never resolved. So when you remove the cover the handles don't line up and its akward to remove the cover.

It's my fault because I didn't follow it up quickly but sucks still the same.

It's a little heavier than the old one but I assume thats because it's thicker. Just make if there is a problem you chase them down because they don't care once you have paid.

New Cover saved my Back. My cover was getting so heavy I couldn't pick it up anymore. Even with the lifter, it was too heavy. I would have to wait until my husband came home from work so, I could use the spa. Finally I said enough. I found spa covers plus online, placed my order, and now I have a new cover. It's Beautiful and I don't have to wait for my husband to use our spa. I ordered the deluxe model and each side only weighs 20 pounds.What a relief .

Much Better than my Old Cover. . I had recently moved into a new home which had a spa.with a cover that weighed about 200 pounds It felt like I needed a crane to get cover off. So after searching for a new spa cover, I found spa covers plus online. It took about 2 weeks to get my cover because, I was told this is their busy season.Let me tell you, it was worth the wait.My new cover is so light , I really don't even need my lifter.Now it is a joy to use my spa. Before I dreaded fighting the old cover just to get into the spa. It is also very nice looking.

Their Covers are Beautiful. Spa Covers Plus may not be the cheapest around but, I believe quality wise they are one of the best I've seen. I get nothing but compliments on my new cover. The color is beautiful and this cover looks like it is made to last. I'm very happy with my decision to buy from spa covers plus.

Truly a Custom Cover. I was tired of settling for what was available in the few spa stores left . I liked the idea that I could create my own spa cover. Weight of foam,Color, number of tie down straps,etc.I placed my order and about 10 days later I had my new cover. These people make a quality cover. High grade vinyl, double stitching . and so much lighter than my old water logged cover.Now, I don't need my husband to remove the cover when I want to use our hot tub.

Cover looks Great - Fits Perfect. I was a little hesitant to buy a spa cover online. But, after my new cover arrived , I was glad I did. This cover looks better than the one that came with the spa. I bought the Deluxe model and total weight is only 40 pounds for the size of my cover. Now I can remove my new cover without breaking my back.Would buy again from spa covers plus in an instant.
