Hi Brian,
I received the Spa Cover today, less than 2 weeks after placing the order. First, let me say I am very pleased with the quality of the cover, and the service you provided. I do have to tell you that the "fold" was in the wrong direction, and I attribute that to my not understanding the layout on your website. You should identify what is the Front and what are the Sides (A - B). It was not clear enough for me, and hence the mistake. I have had to change the way I open the cover, and it is not in the best location, as I have an awning over the spa to shield it from the sun. Nevertheless, I would recommend your company to anybody that is considering purchasing a new spa cover. It looks great, fits well and I am sure will give me many years of service.
