.... Absolutley NO support. Premier Awnings installed awning and electronics. Had an issue with the electronics. Brian would not call me back after nearly 5 messages left with his message service. Also no response from e-mail attempts. How can you run a bussiness like that? Turned out it was a loose connection.Not good to leave a customer hanging.. I Had to take care of it myself. No support .not even so much as a returned phone call.. Be forewarned!…
