stay clear!. Went there for my birthday last weekend- WHAT A MISTAKE! The service is absolutely horrible, its way too crowded and their bouncers are rude as hell. At least the drinks were pretty well priced thus they get 1 not 0 stars. Stay clear.

Citysearch Editorial Review. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that this New Orleans themed restaurant and bar is all about letting the good times roll. Filled with lively crowds that come for the food, drink and nightly entertainment, Bourbon Street takes its cues from the Bayou and serves up a long list of Cajun classics including spicy gumbo, Rajun Cajun pasta (with chicken and Andouille sausage) and fried green tomatoes. There's also a $5 kids' menu featuring grilled cheese, mac-and-cheese and Mom's PB&J sandwiches. Once the post-work and college crowd rolls in, the party starts at the bar area where folks can find plenty of cocktails and beers on tap.

Great atmosphere, sliders and Abita beers on tap. I just discovered this place, and it immediately brought me back to New Orleans. The decore is spot on, clean and fancy. The service is friendly and the food was great We had the Kobe beef sliders and they were the best I have ever had. And the hurricanes and Abita beers were perfect accompaniments to the festive Jazz, Cajun and Zydeco background music. I'm definitely going back soon.

Best Food Around. I eat here frequently on the weekends. My girlfriend and I usually go for lunch and are never disappointed. The food is really good and not the same old stuff you find at all the other Downtown Fullerton restaurants. They have a killer meatloaf sandwich and great beer selection.

For A Great Night Out.... I went here with a group of friends and had a awesome time. The food was amazing! Especially the voodoo shrimp and banana's fosters. The atmosphere is so much fun with the cobblestone path and streetlights without being cheesy. One of the best places in Downtown Fullerton. I highly recommend checking it out!

Best Crabcakes ever.... My wife and I are retired and eat out frequently. Our appetites seem to decreasing as we get older, so we tend to share meals or go with Appetizers. We tried several Appetizers, Crab Cakes, Crawfish & Coconut Shrimp, they were all very good - the Crabcakes are the best we have ever eaten. I might add we live in Southern Cal now - but lived in Southern Maryland (where Crabcakes are an institution) for 24 years. Service was also wonderful. We can hardly wait to go back.

Tasteless. I was so looking forward to some spicy Louisiana fare, what I tasted (we were a greoup of three) was extremely dissapointing. My husband and our friend had the Red Beans and Rice. If propared correctly it is a creamy bean and sauage "soup" over white rice, theirs was a tasteless, dry mess. They requested some of the bean cooking juice on the side, it made it juicier but still had no flavor. I would suggest to the chef that a spicy hot link would be a better sausage than an andouille. No seasong was present. I ordered the meatloaf that was advertised as spicy, not true. One happy note was our server, very friendly and helpful. Will never return.
