A great place to relax for the evening

Ron and Lucille have a great place for a romantic date or for friends to spent a relaxing night out. They are wine lovers and are eager to share their finds with you. You can sit outside on the patio and people-watch, or sit inside to better enjoy the live weekend entertainment. Along with the wine, they now feature appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. I love the Panini Caprese, and the chocolate truffles are delicious with a glass of Banfi Rosa Regale. They have a retail area, too, so you can take a bottle home with you or as a gift.

Owner Ron Kring at Pop the Cork truly practices customer service in his establishment. There was not a hint of "wine snootiness" in his staff, but rather they welcome guests as if they are family. His selection of affordable wines will compare favorably with establishments who do act this way. Wines can be purchased to drink there or at home. Wines from home can be consumed on-premise with a corkage fee. Patio space is offered to smokers (cigars also) so there is little excuse to not stay awhile and relax!
