Find Another Dentist!!. Wife called dentist for help from terrible tooth pain from 2 teeth. Prior to making appt, wife told dentist that we had insurance, and provided info. After confirming he accepted insurance, appt was made to come in at 1:00. After manipulation for x-rays, wife was now in even more pain. At 4:00 dentist asked to meet re treatment plan. He revealed list of prices. Since we had insurance, we did not believe prices would involve us other than minimal co-pay. Dentist stated insurance may pay more, and if so he would refund?? We really did not understand, but wife…
So far. I thought the lady who booked my appointment today was very helpful and nice. Looking forward to going in ( well, as much as you can look forward to going to the dentist! ) and hoping that I find my long term dentist.…
Pressure free, Honest, Thorough and Sincere Dr. Chiang.
Dr. Chiang has been taking care of my family for the last three or four years and I will say he has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He has resolved my gum issues with advanced laser
treatments...something that no other dentist even bothered to recommend because no prior dentist measured my gums EVER! He has fixed my husband's fractured teeth and given him a new, healthy smile. My husband loves Dr.Chiang! He even takes the time to take photos of the tooth as he works on it to show you the cavities. My husband is also an attorney and believe me...he needs facts. It took our previous dentist three tries to get the tooth right and it only lasted less than two years! Dr. Chiang's crowns have yet to even chip- it's going on almost four years...and it only took him one time to get it right.
All my family and friends also rave about Dr. Chiang. He is thorough, sincere, and honest with his recommendations. No pressure, he totally leaves it up to you. He's not cheap, but I really believe you get what you pay for! Your the best, Dr. Chiang! Oh, he also volunteers as an umpire in my son's little league. Beware. This office seemed to be professional and friendly but they will try to sale you unecessary products and treatment plans. I would not trust this office.
The OC's Best Dentist.
While searching for a new dentist after my previous one retired, I had quite a few bad experiences that kept me out of the office for a very long time. Armed with new insurance, I decided it was time
to resume the search, with two very important criteria: New Dentist must not be retiring soon, and, most important, New Dentist must be straightforward and fair in fully disclosing payment options and bills.
I found a perfect match in Dr. Chiang and his helpful staff. Dr. Chiang took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was very impressed by his attention to detail in discussing different treatments and why they were recommended. He not only focused on fixing problems; he also emphasized preventative care and best practices for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
Not once did I get the impression that Dr. Chiang was trying to upsell unnecessary, expensive treatments, or withhold information. He is very clear in explaining what is and is not covered by insurance.
The office is very modern, utilizing the latest technology (a computer and flat screen TV at each station) and organized in a bright, open space. This is not your typical sterile, claustrophobic medical office! The mood is relaxed and welcoming.
