The Truth About Togo's Baskin Robbins

I know someone who works at Togo's Baskin Robbins in Laguna Hills.

The conditions in the back where food is prepared is unsanitary. The tomatoes they serve their customers are green sludge and can cause health problems. The temperature they are required to maintain their meat products is consistently violated. Again exposing their customers to possible illness.

The owner is consistently abusive to both his employees and to the customers. The owner is consistenly verbally abusive toward young people.

There are countless other establishments that are FAR SUPERIOR to Togo's Baskin Robbins in Laguna Hills. It will be worth your time to seek other establishments for a better dining experience. There is a SUBWAY less than a mile away that serves better quality food for a lower price.

.31 Cent Scoop Night

I've only eaten at a Togo's near my office and always had a good experience. I happened to be near this Togo's on .31 cent Scoop night and decided to stop by. Not only did I experience a great sandwich (Turkey with a generous helping of avocado), great service with a smile (which is almost non existant any more) and a clean dining area, but they had a band! I've never seen this in any other store before and it was very entertaining and made my dining experience alot of fun. Someone at this location has a clue about marketing. Keep up the good work!

I really liked my sandwich - it tasted fresh and it was a big portion.

I don't eat lunch out often but since I was traveling to San Diego I decided to exit Alicia Parkway and grab a bite to eat. I intended to go to Wendy's until I saw the Togos next door. I never ate a Togo's before - but I wasn't in the mood for a hamburger so I thought I'd try it. I ordered a regular Turkey and Avocado on wheat bread. The portion was really huge with a generous amount of avocado. I actually only ate half of the sandwich and saved the rest for later. I was pleasantly surprised - it was a lot of food for the money and it tasted really fresh. The store was also really clean too and I really appreciated the clean bathroom!

• Cons: there's not a lot of signage - it's a little hidden.
