The best place to take your BMW for service and repairs. I've been a customer of Soley Bimmer for nearly 3 years. After the warranty had expired, I did not know where to take my BMW for service and repairs. I was thinking a lot of guys out there that are just looking to rip me off on bogus charges. Not Chad. This guy is straight up and squared away. Chad has worked on my car and kept it in top shape and has never tried to screw me. I am glad that I found Chad and his shop is close to my aera. My car has nearly 119K and still drives like new. I own a BMW 325i.

Best BMW repair/service center. I just took my 650i in this morning, bc of SOS malfunction, entertainment unit wasnt working, and some other electrical problems. Chad took it in and they looked at it for an hour and fixed it with in an hour. cost me 120$, while dealer wanted 500$ just to start looking at it. I was worried that it would cost me few thousand dollars. but it didnt, thanks to Chad and his crew.

The shop is clean and very well organized, good music and etc.

It was my first time there, and it wont be the last, will take my car there from now on.

Very Unsatisfied. They were unable to diagnose my BMW 528i and still charged me quite a hefty fee to check the vehicle out. Definitely not going back and would highly recommend going elsewhere.

married my bimmer. I married my 528i a few years ago. I am not familier with BMW, I have taken this car to many BMW shops, only to be charged for things that I had already paid to be fixed. Very frustraiting. I read reviews for Soley Bimmer, not one bad review, after my experience with Chad I can see why. He is a straight up guy who goes the extra mile for you. If you are looking for a place to take your BMW to, look no further, this is it.

The Only Place to Take Your BMW in OC. After taking my 2002 BMW to another shop 3 times and having them attempt to fix a problem with what I was told was the fuel pump, I went to Solely Bimmer (based on the reviews on this website) to get the Check Engine Light shut off. I experienced everything that is mentioned in the prior reviews and more!!

Not only did Chad correctly diagnose and fix the real problem (which was an airflow issue), but also fixed what the prior mechanic failed to do in 3 attempts within 15 minutes (which turned out to be a major fuel leak, created by the prior mechanic). Chad even went with me to the gas station to confirm I was able to fill my tank up with gas without it leaking after fixing the issue to ensure the problem had been corrected and I would not need to bring it back.

The honesty, integrity, professionalism, and customer service in which Chad and his business operate have me as a customer for life!!

Great place to take your BMW. I had a funny clunk from my newly purchased 2003 BMW 3-series. Despite being able to fix many things myself, I couldn't figure this one out. Took it to Chad at Solely Bimmer at he quickly diagnosed what the problem was plus gave me other maintenance tips. He saved me hours and potentially hundreds of dollars in trying to diagnose the problem.

I fixed that particular problem myself but was soon back at Solely Bimmer for something I couldn't do. Chad and Eric quickly fixed it plus found and fixed another issue, all at a fair price. They have a professional and friendly attitude.

I definitely plan to take my car back to Solely Bimmer whenever it needs repair or modification.

The ONLY BMW shop to visit.. Nothing but good words for Chad and his shop. I agree with everything written in all these recommendations. This is the shop you want to take your BMW to including the dealer. Best service, best prices and Chad is a great guy. Ladies in particular are encouraged to visit Chad. He is honest and very capable.

Simply the best. If you own a BMW this is the only place to get your service done. Twice the cost waas actually less than the estimate. Imagine that! Chad is tremendous. I would recommend anyone to Solely BMW.

Oustanding BMW Service. We have been taking our BMW to several different service centers in South Orange County over the years. Upon reading some of Chad's reviews we took our 530i to his shop. He diagnosed and repaired the car in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. His shop is the cleanest I have experienced. He has grown-up in a family of BMW enthusiasts as his father and brother are both technicians and are part of BMW race teams. I highly recommend Solely Bimmer! Thanks Chad!

Best BMW Service in OC. I was tired of getting ripped off at the dealer and decided to give Solely BMW a try. The owner and chief mechanic, Chad, is a really nice, friendly and honest guy. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. My entire experience there was great from the initial consult to getting my car back. It really eases my mind to have found someone that I can trust to fix my car. I feel like I have a friend "in the business".
