I called them this week to fix my clothes dryer.The tech found the problem within about 5 minutes. Had the part on the truck, an I was back in business within 30 minutes.

On time, fast, fair price, the guy knew what he was doing. 20 minutes to take apart a washing machine, replace a cheap part deep inside, put it back together, and test it out.

showed up on time. He showed up on time to check out my dishwasher, was efficient and had a part with him in his van, only did enough to keep the manchine running - he explained it's not worth it for me to spend too much on it.
