they use a microwave. I don't believe crab should be microwaved but thats exactly what I saw when I walked by the server station towards the back patio. I also did not enjoy myself at this place watching ( Im guessing boss) give a lecture to one of the young servers so close to our table you could hear what they were saying.....not impressed by the food or service. I do not recommend nokaoi if you are looking to have a good lunch with the fam.

Amazing Burger!!!!. When I went to No Ka Oi for the first time I wasn't sure I'd like it.....I ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Ahi Burger and wow!!!!!!!! It was sooooooooooo good!!!!!! I'm not a big fan of fish sandwiches (& definitely not fish burgers!!!??) but wow this fish burger really impressed me!!! The food took a while to be prepared but it was worth it! Also, my friends and I were a bit picky about where to sit and requested to switch tables, the waitress totally accommodated our request and was very polite and friendly (smily). :)
