I went in this store for the first time 6/12/08. WOW I love this store. I never right reviews but I always come here and read them and after the other review I read here on this store I had to right one. The one bad thing is the clothes are a little pricey but they are for a reason, they are the best of the best from around the world. Out of my price range. I herd they do have great sales. I went in looking for a stroller having no idea what I wanted and they have a big selection. The one guy that works there new everything about strollers and carseats he did a demo on all of them for me. He was beyond helpful not pushing me to buy a stroller at all and even told me about other strollers he liked that they don't even sell there. They also have a great selection of safe toys, furniture, layette and more. The customer service is amazing. This store is a must see baby store.

Pros: parking, service, trustworthy

Cons: pricey clothes

Although the store carries some cute clothes (some that you cant really find anywhere else), the prices are outragoues (when I inquired about a sale section, the salesperson looked at me with disdain. I finally found it and it had like 20 items on it...some from Christmas 2 seasons ago) My experience with the staff has been hot and cold. I seem to get good customer service when I look like I am willing to spend a lot of money. If I am just there to browse, I am sometimes greeted with a snotty attitude. Also, there is a lack of practical clothing options for children (few play clothes or casual wear). I like to go there if I need a special outfit for my child, but I rarely find the need to put my toddler in a 500 dollar peacoat or 200 cashmere cardigan. The store is cute, but at least half of it is dedicated to strollers (prams) and carseats. They do have some cute outfits for newborns, and it might be a place to find a unique gift for a baby shower. More than likely, however, I will go to one of the many other children's clothing boutiques that have more selection, more variety of clothing options, and a more friendly attitude.
