Kristine Flynn changed my nutritional outlook, knowledge and created in me, an appreciation for my body and how it works. As my trainer and nutritionist, Kristine is most knowledgeable and creative. Kristine is a truly inspiring professional who combines a positive motivational spirit with the no-nonsense attitude that was important for me in changing the deeply rooted and clearly erroneous routines that were impediments to my success. With her guidance and inspiration, we collaborated in finding practical solutions that not only met my nutritional and exercise goals, but also fit into my demanding professional life. After a short time on her program, I became more aware of my body's response to food and exercise, which greatly improved my energy level and ability to focus throughout the day. Her new dietary program was also essential in helping me to improve my physical fitness.
