bad experience at Quinn's. we were in the oc for the day, and looking for a great breakfast.

we were offered our choice of seats--a booth in the very back, or seats in the back room. (there were lots of open tables in the front room.) i didn't think much of this, until at least 15 minutes had passed and none of the waitresses had acknowledged us. we had to flag someone down to place our order.

once we ordered, food came quickly. the bussers were great in bringing all that we needed. the waitresses, however, would scarcely acknowledge us. one of them even completely ignored my husband after making eye contact with him when he was trying to call her over for service.

as we were there with our two small children, we did not complain or make a scene. however, we cannot help but wonder if the fact that we did not seem to "fit" racially with the rest of the crowd had something to do with the treatment we received.

Go if you are white...or be ignored. The worst! Do not spend your money here. Unless you are a an alchoholic white male who likes getting young female bartenders drunk and hitting on them, in front of your wives.

One of the OC's best. Quinn's has the three elements that make for a memorable dining experience...excellent service, atmosphere and great food!

We have enjoyed every visit we have made since it has opened ........... Sunday brunch, lunches and dinner.

The management and staff make their patrons feel welcome, combine that with the quality of the food and you have one of the best restaurants in Orange County.

Owner is too successful!. Very unhappy! We really wanted to like Quinn's but it was difficult. The owner obviously knows a lot of people and has done this place up right. We had been there before and enjoyed it. However, the last time we went it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The food had the potential of being good but wasn't. 2 of us ordered medium rare. 1 came out raw and the other well done. The potatoes had been sitting out and were spongy. We sent back the potatoes and were given more of the same. Had to send back a complete meal. I can deal with things going wrong but here is the part I can't deal with. The owner was there and could have cared less. He was surrounded by many friends and must have thought we were just the picky pain in the butt customer, so basically we were written off. You need to be a friend of the owner.

A diamond in the rough. what a find! an Irish pub that has great steaks and seafood. The prices are great and the service is 5star.

I came in a stranger and left a part of the family. cool music, plasma tv etc. The food was great from appetizers thru dessert. Old town tustin is pretty cool...and a cigar patio. what i noticed was a up scale crowd having a ball kind of like Cheers. I will be back
