My child listens now.

This PCIT service was a great surprise. Our child is not a bad kid, she just never listened to us. And it didn't do her any favous because she just couldn't get it that there was some things we had to stop her doing. So she would tantrum a lot. We strated to miss how she was when she was younger. Instead of enjoying her myself & my wife were getting irritated by her behavior a lot.

This program thought us how to interact with her so she would mind us. I didn't buy it when it was recomended, but it is just some basic changes, coached on an earpiece for an hour a week. We learned how to starve some of her behaviors out of existence as well as promoting the things we liked her doing. And now when we ask her to do somthing, she does it on the 1st go. She knows that there are consistent consequences otherwise.

A must for all parents who want a good relationship with their child while remaining a parent to them.

• Pros: Both therapists explained everything we did as we did it and why we did it.
• Cons: Nervous at the start but got into it quickly
