Prompt, reliable, courteous, customer peace of mind. These are the hallmarks that make OC Computer Repair what it is. I'm surprised there is no queue of customers forming outside. My second trip here only reinforced the excellent service and helpfulness the entire OCC crew comprised of Michelle, Matts 1 & 2, and the big guy (sorry, forgot to ask your name) and others have demonstrated. My Computer is in the Best Hands...

My writing projects were stalled by well-meaning friends who were reputed to “know all about computers.“ They didn’t (!) and the chronic problems that my five-year-old “Hal Jr.” had developed were “nickel-and-diming” me into ever more aggravating frustration. Looking finally for professional help, a stroke of good fortune brought me to the wonderful people at Orange County Computer. What a relief! They explained the problems in non-technical terms and offered several repair options, depending on my requirements and budget. Within one working day, they de-bugged Hal Jr., increased its power, unscrambled glitches I had caused, installed a new hard drive and, in general, restored my computer to its original performance. After I set it up and plugged it in, they made sure with a phone call that everything was working properly. I could not be more pleased with their service and I now recommend Orange County Computer to my friends as a first resort!

I was beyond impressed with your customer service. All of my phone calls were answered VERY promptly and I the computer recovery was completed faster than anywhere else I could have taken it. FINALLY, and IT Company that I can trust!

Orange County Computer and Media Blend were outstanding in putting my web-site together. I shopped around before choosing them, and from the very beginning they where the most personable and the most reasonably priced. It was a very easy process from start to finish. Anything that I wanted changed was changed. My web-site turned out exactly how I envisioned it and them some. I couldn’t have done it without them!!!
