New, Clean, Great Service, Nice Girls. I'm a regular customer. Hardly ever have to wait for service. New place with no bad smell. Relaxing atmosphere and lovely work. Courteous, friendly, couldn't ask for more. I often go with a friend or two. We all love the Finest Nails girls!

No customer service, Not quality work. Wow!! I was so disappointed! I went here with a few girlfriends because of one friends high recommendation. You know the term chop shop that some nail salons have a rep for? Well this is one of them. Although very nicely decorated and easy to find, the service was terrible. Even though we had appointments they took a number of walk-ins while we sat with our manicures half finished. They literally started my friends manicure, and stopped half way through to take a walk-in. The manicurist tried to tell my friend that the other lady had an appointment, even though my friend clearly heard the woman ask if someone had time for a mani and pedi? We were there for 2 hours and each got a total of 30 min. worth of work. It was the fastest and sloppiest mani/pedi I have had. We were there yesterday and my nails are already starting to chip. I don't know about most women but I like to relax and enjoy the pampering, but there was none of that. I felt neglected and as if this shop is about quantity not quality, and unfortuanatly you could tell that I was not the only partron that felt that way.

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!! (Unless you love horrible manicures, rude employees and personal insults). My sister and I were looking to try out this so called "Finest Nails" in Lake Forest. The location was new and conveniently located on our way home after a long day at work. When we arrived, I was frightened by the tone the receptionist or looked to be the drill sergeant shouted orders out to his disgruntled employees from across the room for our requested mani and pedi treatments. The women that were assigned to my sister and I were rude, inexperienced, lazy and unwilling. My nails were filed unevenly my cuticles were cut so short they were bleeding the polished were smeared, bubbly and uneven. When i asked the lady to fix any of the several mistakes she was making she either had an attitude about it or wanted to charge my "5 dolla extra" for services that should be included in the overall Manicure and pedicure. The women had the temperament of used car salesmen trying to "upgrade" our pedicures to a 50.00 "treatment" (Which in all reality was just sea salt being added to the water and some dirty stained hot towels wrapped around your attention deprived feet). These women were so unprofessional and unwelcoming, their energy was upsetting. I was so disappointed and upset by the way my sister and I were treated, I was tempted to just get up and walk out! Two words for you......NEVER AGAIN.
