Excellent services and fast delivery. I ordered AICO Eden bedroom furniture set on July 23, 2011. Salesman Vincent said they could deliver the furniture by following Tuesday. But I requested him to deliver on Friday because I?d like to clean up and rearrange my bedroom. They delivered my bedroom furniture set on July 29, like they promised. Deliverymen Kerry and Saul set up all furniture nicely and took my old stuff out what I did not need. Beautiful furniture and great services!!!! I heard they are under new management.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER .They delivered me a defective SECTIONAL SET On March 23 2011. And they are giving me the run around . They are been in my house five times and they are not able to fix the problem . Now on 05/18/2011 almost two moths later of this nightmare and after hundreds of not returns phone call from their supervisor Wiston and after 4 times i been in their store they decided to pick up the defective sectional . But now they don’t want to give me my money back they said that i have to wait 10 days one more thing when they delivered the Sectional set they damaged my brand new hardwood floor . SO I DON'T RECOMMENDED YOU TO BUY FROM FINE LIVING FURNITURE. AT ALL...THEY SUCKS
TERRIBLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..
First of all, we have just moved to La Mirada from Los Angeles. We bought a house and we need to purchase new furnitures spent around $8000.00 for whole thing.
However we had partial delivery on PROMISED DATE and THEY SENT US DEMO BEDROOM SET.
Also we had to wait additional 7 days to received whole order. It was horrible exprience ever my child was sleeping with us. ANYWAYS DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THOSE LIARS. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. HORRIBLE! I joined yelp just to help spread the word that this company is seriously lacking in customer service and quality. I bought a couch and mattress and they changed the delivery dates 4 times after i adjusted my work schedule. I was informed late around 9 PM the night before that they didn't actually have the merchandise in stock. They played games with me for weeks. I barely, 4 weeks later got my mattress and they actually didn't bring the frame! When i complained to the drivers they called their boss who spent to whole time making excuses and arguing with me. He called me unreasonable! Don't be fooled by anything Manny, Winston or Benny say to you! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! Although, i seriously feel bad for their drivers, they were actually pleasant and understanding and deserve to work for a better company.
