Buyer BEWARE!!!!! We called them to check stackable washer. they said they need to replace water pump ($235)

We agreed. They sent tech. Tech didn't know how to disconnect gas to dryer.

They told us WE need to hire someone else to do that for them.

We called another repair firm. There is nothing wrong with the water valve.

It was a scheme to milk money from us by this company.

WATCH OUT. you were warned.

very good. Had to call a company out to repair my washer. I called Kenmore but their price seemed really high. I decided to do my own research. Allen and Sons was one of the first in the phonebook so I called. I decided to call a couple more places but a service fee of only $30 sold me so I called Allen and Sons back. Service of washer was pretty good but they were late and didn't bother to call me. I had to call them. Overall service was good so I give them 4 stars.
