The food is fresh and authentic. I cant believe its a chain! Plus they have negra modelo! Love their salsa bar. Very reasonably priced and fast.

Excellent Healthy Mexican. Fresca's has excellent healthy choices. They offer low fat cheese and sour cream. They also have all the regular greasy mexican fare for those of you not counting calories. There black beans are the best in town.

A Greasy Disgusting Mess. My husband and I tried Fresca's tonight for the first time and what a disappointment. We went for taco Tuesday. Their tacos were ok, but lacked flavor. We decided to split a shrimp quesadilla. I'm not what I call a picky food person, but I can honestly say this was disgusting. There was so much grease that there was literally a 1/2 inch pool of grease under my quesadilla and each piece would drip when you picked it up off the plate. The shrimp also tasted very fishy. I showed the manager and he told me that this was normal! I had two bites and threw it away. What a waste of $7.
