Jim is honest, friendly and efficient! Great work on my 2008 Acura TL. I had about 20% rear-end damage totaling to about 9K in repair, paid completely by insurance and he took care of ALL paperwork for me! Car looks brand new again, like it never happened! This guy would stretch himself an extra mile just to have me satisfied. Truly, has an customer I really feel very WELL treated and by experiencing this, I'm back on my faith in these two words "Customer Service" I highly recommend Fullerton Automotive Clinic, Jim for any auto body work! I WAS IN NEED OF A MECHANIC. MINE HAD CLOSED HIS SHOP AND I HAD USED HIM FOR 20 YEARS. A SEARCH ON CITY SEARCH LED ME TO FULLERTON AUTO CLINIC. I AM SO GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS SHOP. I HAD NOISES THAT I DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE. COME TO FIND OUT I HAD A BAD AXEL AND BEARINGS. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THEY DID AUTO BODY AND PAINT AND WERE ABLE TO FIX MY BUMPER AND SOME SCRATCHES DOWN THE SIDE. ALL WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. THE OFFICE STAFF AND MECHANICS ARE ALL REAL NICE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. THEY GAVE ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SO NOW I WILL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
