Booths equipped with tabletop fondue pots are clustered together inside the intimate dining room. Start with a cheese fondue, including an assortment of breads, veggies and fruits for dipping. Entrees include lobster, center-cut filet, fish, chicken and vegetarian selections served with a variety of dipping sauces. For dessert, try the flaming turtle, a mix of chocolate and caramel flambéed tableside, served with nut-covered marshmallows, fresh fruit, pound cake, brownies and cheesecake.

I went last month with a few coworkers for their Girls' Night Out and fell in love with this place! It was like $30 for 4 courses (the chocolate fondue is to die for) and they had good drink specials. Good vibes, good service, good friends and certainly good food. I highly recommend it, especially the Girls' Night Out events.

One of my ffavorite restaurants in San Clemente is the MeltingPot. I loved the atmosphere and the friendly customer service but I really enjoyed the cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue. It was such a unique and fulfilling experience--- well worth the drive down the coast to San Clemente!
