LEFT ON THE CURB. After a 'simple' scheduling error that wasn't relayed from the front desk to the hair dresser- this salon STOOD ME UP ON MY WEDDING DAY. I stood outside on the curb for 2 hours on the sidewalk (salons are closed Sundays- bridal appointments are made in advance) After calling 7 other salons (which are all closed on sunday!) one FINALLY picked up the phone and took me in. I'm sure they felt bad for the bride sitting on a curb crying. Luckily i finally got my hair and make-up done for my wedding. However- after all the wasted time, tears, and money(all of which are invaluable to a bride)--when I finally contacted the salon after this disaster- absolutely no effort was made to help compensate me for a prior trial run when I never received the actual services on the wedding day. And worst- all the salon would say is its all MY fault, they 'never got the message.' Then why did I waste my time calling? Why did I waste my time and money with all the prep and 'trail runs' that you won't refund! Thank you Salon Tribeca for leaving me out in the cold on my wedding day.... I'd at least put a bench outside the door for the future customers you'll leave outside as well.

Best Hair Salon in OC. Tribeca has a great feel to it from the moment you walk in. The ambiance is refreshing. They have the best coffee, lots of cheerful smiles, and fun things to look at. :) It's so much nicer than my last salon where I had to feed the meter, fight for parking, and wait in a tiny space. This salon has plenty of very close parking, is very spacious, and has many qualified stylists.

I tried Jason after my sister ranting about her hair... she has gone to him for years and treated me to a haircut and highlights (yes, she's the best). :)

I was blown away by the entire experience. Jason made me feel like a super star - both while I was there and after I left. He takes great care of making me happy, which I really appreciate.

My hair looks better than it ever has (and I've tried my fair share of styles/stylists over the years). My hair is definitely difficult; I have a lot of it, it's dry, and I usually don't want to spend a whole lot of time on it.

His hair cut makes it more simple to style. He taught me techniques which improve the way it ends up looking in less time. He made suggestions on things I just wasn't creative enough to think about for my color and cut... and I love how they have turned out! I've never gotten so many looks, received so many compliments, and felt so happy about my hair. He also color corrected my mom's overly bleached hair and it turned out wonderful.

He provides a Keratin hair treatment service that I'm dying to try and plan to do so soon.

I highly recommend this salon and Jason.

Great Service. I've had great service each time I've gone to Tribeca. The place looks great, the staff is really friendly and i've had great cuts each time. It's pretty easy getting an appointment slot. I'm actually not that particular. I've elected to have different stylists each time. (I'm not a big talker so it doesn't matter who I get). Everytime I've gone I've been happy. The prices are a little high, but not that different from other salons in the region I guess.

A hidden gem. Tribeca is your destination salon.Professional friendly talented people work at Tribeca.See why they have been voted Best of Aliso Viejo 4 years in a row.Italian coffees,lattes,wine. A little bit of New York without the rush.

Eyebrows. Everyone was very friendly and the salon is nice inside! Donna is amazing. She is the only professional I allow to do my eyebrows-astounding!

EXCEPTIONAL ALL AROUND. I met Tim, Treeny and Jen at a fundraising event. I called Tribeca for an appointment a few weeks later. Not only are they experts at cut and color, they also have great energy and do a lot for their community.

They, along with the rest of the Tribeca team, are exceptional people all around! I refer them every chance I get! : )

I get compliments at least once a week on my haircut. Tim and Treeny, the ambiance of the salon, but most of all, the excellent haircut I get from Tim.

Best Salon. I've been going to Treeny for over 18 years. She's part owner with her husband Tim. Love them both. Treeny took a bad haircut years ago and saved my hair and I will not go to anyone else. My daughter has been going to Ali for the last couple of years for updo's and hair cuts. She loves Ali.

Try Jen Puebla. Jen Puebla at Tribeca salon is an amazing stylist/colorist. She always listens to what I want and my hair turns out beautiful every time. I can't tell you how many times i've been disappointed with previous hairdressers work and left feeling that they didn't really listen to what I want. With Jen, this never happens and I don't know about you, but there's nothing that lifts your spirits like leaving the salon with a great cut and color. Thanks Jen! ;)
