Over-Rated.
I am biased bacause I do not like steaks that are not seasoned in any way. I know it's all about tasting the meat and the quality but this place is not for me. The steak literally has very little taste. I can make a better steak myself and I am no chef.

Excellent food, excellent service...be hungry.
This is definitely a pricey choice, but well worth the experience. The steaks are beautiful and cooked to perfection. Steaks and other dishes are quite large. Drinks and suggested wines are wonderful. The staff is professionald and very attentive. If you are on a tight budget, this might not be the right choice for you, but if you can splurge, this is definitely a culinary experience to choose.

Fantastic all the way round.
Had an early dinner after a long day at Disneyland. Entire staff is attentive and very friendly. Started with a cocktail and Oysters Rockefeller. Before they arrived our waiter had the entire dinner display at our table. Cuts of prime beef, vegetables, and the like. We both ordered the Filet and Lobster. The Oysters compare to the best I have had anywhere. Cocktails were top notch. Our steaks were perfect. The rare filet was like butter. Everything here is great. Smiling faces visit your table often and truly care you get your monies worth. I am a true steak lover and frequent the best steakhouses in America. I also raise my own beef and other stock and can tell you the beef here is high quality. Whether a romantic evening or a business dinner, Morton's fits the bill.

USDA prime beef, elegant tableside service and mammoth martinis..
In Short
With its dark wood details, celebrity photos and tuxedo-clad waiters, this upscale steakhouse chain has the air of a posh men's club. Service is professional and discreet, with bartenders making a mean martini. Dinners begin with a waiter-driven cart laden with fresh vegetables, live lobster and cuts of steak; customers choose from porterhouse, rib-eye, bone-in prime rib and more. Side dishes are traditional and enormous, from baked potatoes and creamed spinach to steamed broccoli with hollandaise.
