My partner and I have been working with Kahil (Kye) for five weeks. Although both of us are generally physically active, neither one of us had any experience with resistance/strength training. What a difference Kye has made! Kye has been supportive, patient and encouraging in his guidance through the new world of resistance training. Kye brings energy and enthusiasm to each of our sessions. He makes each workout challenging, creative and fun. He places a high value on correct form with each exercise. Kye works well with both of us and is great about tailoring the exercises to our different abilities and goals. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Kye is very good at pushing us hard but in a supportive way. While I wish change could occur overnight, I can see that it IS happening. Of specific note is how much better my back feels. Before we started working out with Kye, my back would often bother me – at the end of a run I could barely bend over to untie my shoes. My back now feels much stronger and hardly bothers me at all. We look forward to continuing our sessions with Kye as our goals (both short and long term) become reality. It may sound strange, because the sessions are HARD, but we really look forward to our twice-weekly sessions. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Kye will lead you every step of the way. Thank you Kye, you are awesome! Cindy & Scott – Culver City, CA Clients since 2008

Adam Etchegoyen is more than just a personal trainer, he's your fitness partner. He develops the strategy and provides the motivation to help you win no matter what your goals are. If you need to lose more than just a few pounds, like I did, you need someone to develop a strategy for permanent weight loss and life style change. Adam did that. No fad diets, no impossible regiments, just solid advice and counseling for a life change which yielded permanent results within my schedule and my routine. Forget for a second that you will look and feel great, how about having fun doing it? How about learning to box and pushing your body to achieve results you thought were 10 years behind you? I've been training for 9 months now and I'm about 4 months away from hitting the same weight I was when I was 20. I've changed they way I eat and I've changed the way I work out. I can only thank Adam for that. The hardest part is making the first call. Steve Sessa- Attorney hollywood hills
