UNSATISFACTORY & TERRIBLE, BAD ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER/OWNER,. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Manager is too concerned about her next cigarette rather than giving customers their custom orders!

The day of the wedding I went to pick up my order and the first thing that was wrong was my bridal bouquet . It did NOT have the right colors or flowers in it. I told the person helping me right away, but she (the owner's wife & manager--I believe her name is Julie) said that it was ok & what she gave me was better and wouldn't wilt as fast. I did not want her to make me another one on the spot because her attitude was TERRIBLE! I ordered a certain bouquet with flowers and colors I picked to go with my wedding colors. How rude and unprofessional to change a custom order for a WEDDING! WOW~ during the time I was worried about the bouquet, the other flowers were put in the bag. She had me sign all the papers and although I was VERY upset, I didn't want that to ruin my perfect day. However, when I got to where I was going to get ready for the ceremony I noticed I only had 2 boutonnieres =(

They forgot my HUSBANDS!

To top it off, before I could get out of the door with my order, she was already outside smoking a cigarette directly outside the entrance door. What kind of manager smokes cigarettes right outside the entrance of a flower shop?! NASTY!

VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER THE WAY YOU MADE IT!

Conroys ruined a special day. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter and was guar anted that they would be delivered by early afternoon. I received a call from a rude employee at 7:20 that night telling me that they were not delivered and she would do me a favor and redeliver the next day and would not charge an additional delivery fee!!! You have got to be kidding. I asked for the owner and was told that Mort was in las Vegas and would call me in the morning. I left 7 messages and no call back. On to top it off They charged my American express card. Try a different florist!
