TERRIBLE OWNER! BAD BUSINESS & ATTITUDE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Manager is too concerned about her next cigarette rather than giving customers their custom orders!

The day of the wedding I went to pick up my order and the first thing that was wrong was my bridal bouquet . It did NOT have the right colors or flowers in it. I told the person helping me right away, but she (the owner's wife & manager) said that it was ok & what she gave me was better and wouldn't wilt as fast. I did not want her to make me another one on the spot because her attitude was TERRIBLE! I ordered a certain bouquet with flowers and colors I picked to go with my wedding colors. How rude and unprofessional to change a custom order for a WEDDING! WOW~ during the time I was worried about the bouquet, the other flowers were put in the bag. She had me sign all the papers and although I was VERY upset, I didn't want that to ruin my perfect day. However, when I got to where I was going to get ready for the ceremony I noticed I only had 2 boutonnieres =(

They forgot my HUSBANDS!

To top it off, before I could get out of the door with my order, she was already outside smoking a cigarette directly outside the entrance door. What kind of manager smokes cigarettes right outside the entrance of a flower shop?! NASTY!

VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER THE WAY YOU MADE IT!

Poor customer service and delivery. Received flowers from this company from my Dad for Valentines. I live in a large complex, and they just left the flowers outside my door (no wrapping, not even in the door frame). Didn't even leave it at the leasing office (which is typical policy for deliveries). When I called store to see why, was told that this was company policy, and there was no guarantee to ensure that I received them. What if someone has stolen them? (Desperate measures on Valentines Day). Rude customer service representative. Not recommended as they are not very accommodating.
