Keeps you coming back. If I go anywhere for sushi in Huntington Beach, it will be here. I stumbled upon this place on accident while trying to find a place open late for sushi. We were headed out to PCH and saw an OPEN sign and gave it a try. I've never been to another sushi place in the area ever since.

The owner is so friendly and personable, the waitstaff is fun, and the sushi is delicious. I had a special request for something not on the menu and they made it! This place is so accommodating and we always have fun there.

Try the Mexican roll, the SUPER HB roll, and Shrimp Popcorn roll.

adami sushi; best sushi in huntington beach. This restaurant has the best sushi I've tried. The fish is always fresh because the owner gets it every Monday. The rolls are unique and all have intense flavors. You can usually request certain fish in rolls as well, too. The service is wonderful and the waitresses are all very personable. The regulars are treated like family as well as newcomers. This is a fantastic place for people to try!

Best Sushi and Service In HB and Maybe OC!!. This place rocks if you love great sushi with unique flavor profiles and service with a smile.

The TNT roll is "dynamite" as it explodes with many different flavors. Not too spicy, although spicy enough. Great prices as well, especially Tues. and Wed. when they offer 20% off for locals and $1 hot sake. Adami Sushi definately gets a thumbs up and my recommendation.

Freshest, melt in your mouth sushi!!!. I sat at the sushi bar one night and got the best service from the owner! He created an excellent TNT roll and the quality of his fish is outstanding. They're open on Sundays but closed on Mondays, which is nice because most Sushi places are closed Sundays.

good special rolls and reasonable price. there are couple of special rolls that I like. also their topping sauces are different. It's taste really good( not just a plain eel sauce)
