THAT PLACE ROCKS!!!. #1 in customer satisfaction! I bought a torch lighter for $25 at closing. When I got outside I couldn't get it to work. I went back in to return it. Despite the fact that it worked for him every time he offered to exchange it but didn't have another comparable lighter. He told me "no worries, I'll hook you up good". But WOW...I never expected him to pull out a much higher quality torch that was actually selling for $15 more than what I paid for the other lighter. Totally cool I would recommend this place to anybody.…
Dissapointed.
I've been a customer at your shop now for years and never had an issue up until now. I sent in my girlfriend in for some THC tests and flushing solutions recently. She never used these products
before so she asked a few questions and received condescending /rude comments such as " it's common sense". She was so upset with the customer service that she called me back and told me the whole situation.
I'm very disappointing in the direction the shop has taken and will NEVER shop for glass here again.…
