THAT PLACE ROCKS!!!. #1 in customer satisfaction! I bought a torch lighter for $25 at closing. When I got outside I couldn't get it to work. I went back in to return it. Despite the fact that it worked for him every time he offered to exchange it but didn't have another comparable lighter. He told me "no worries, I'll hook you up good". But WOW...I never expected him to pull out a much higher quality torch that was actually selling for $15 more than what I paid for the other lighter. Totally cool I would recommend this place to anybody.

Dissapointed.
I've been a customer at your shop now for years and never had an issue up until now. I sent in my girlfriend in for some THC tests and flushing solutions recently. She never used these products before so she asked a few questions and received condescending /rude comments such as " it's common sense". She was so upset with the customer service that she called me back and told me the whole situation.
I'm very disappointing in the direction the shop has taken and will NEVER shop for glass here again.

BOMB. up in smoke is the shiat, great selection and great staff. sick a$$ pieces and cheap ciggies, cant go wrong with that. ive never seen any of the staff be anything less than awesome, anyone who got rude service here must have done something to deserve it. every time i leave this place with a piece whoever is working has always hooked it up with a good deal.

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN COSTA MESA. fat selection of waterpipes and vap's prices??? some of the stuff there must be priced wrong because there so cheap. sick stemless's and alot of hookahs i dont even smoke hookah and i bought one cause it was so sick. i stumbeled across this joint picking up a pizza at pizzahut. so go check it out sick stuff dude!!
