Is all in the broth!. I had a Vietnamese coworker who introduced me to Pho Lu. Being new to Garden Grove, I wanted to go to a really good Pho place. I tried several throughout the area, but this was decidedly my favorite. I thought I had tried good Pho previously, but boy was I wrong. My coworker explained that the secret to a good bowl of Pho is in the broth making. It has to be made fresh every day in order to provide its high peak flavors. He was right. Now this isn't a fancy place, its a small restaurant in an otherwise drab shopping strip. However, the folks who run this place take pride in what they do, and have definetly differentiated themselves from the throng of Pho places by providing a high quality bowl of soup.…
