Do Not Move Here. Parking is a total nightmare and both of my cars have gotten broken into.

Tenant concerns are over looked by staff, the manager doesn't care because she does not live on site.

I have 2 kids that live with me and 3 kids that I have custody of 3 times a week, for months I have been complaining about the marijuana smoke from neighbors under me to the side and in front of my apartment and all that has been done they gave us a air purifier and an air freshner!!!!!

The manager states there is nothing that can be done about the drug use unless I let them know that they are selling drugs and then they can do something. They cant even ask if its them smoking drugs because it violates their rights.

Our windows are always closed because the smell of marijuana and even at that it still comes through somehow. We cant walk to or from the car without the kids having to breath it in either.

Not a great place to raise children unless you want them exposed to Marijuana DAILY!!

Great if you have kids.. I lived here for 5 years because it was close to schools so my kids could walk (there's a bus for elementary kids) The office staff has actual humans working there 7-days-a-week, not just a recording machine.

What with 5 playgrounds there's a lot of noise but usually the kids go to bed early which is less noisy than parties by college students.

I liked the central a/c but it got expensive in the summer.

I'm glad they opened up a drive-through Starbucks next door because I needed to start my a day with a double espresso.

Again, its a great place for kids but not for singles.

Worst Apartment ever. I live in these apartments and these are the worst ones I have every lived in, on the outside they look so beautiful they are a mess. Things don't work, they have too many insects and the most important is they are very rude to their tenants.

I have lived their only 1 year, I have paid my rent on time and evern earlier and they act like I have been a bad tenant. Their staff has very bad customer service skills and mainteance workers have even worst customer service. They take forever to fix things and they talk to you like whatever. When you walk into the office no one says hi or we'll be right with you, that just ignore you.

If anyone wants to rent here I advised you to look somewhere else

Don't rent from them!. The management team is by far the most unprofessional one I have come across in my entire life. Look for another apartment community.
