I lost part of my ear at Kallisto. I waited 40 minutes (I had an appointment) then halfway through my cut the stylist disappeared to go and do something else - 30 more minutes later a different guy comes over to finish my cut and then takes a chunk out of my ear. The whole thing took 2 and a half hours (including wait before and during and the time it took to stop the bleeding) for one of the worst haircuts I have ever had - and they had the nerve to try and charge me 50 bucks for this fun experience. Awful service, awful quality.

Great customer service, with talented hairdressers,and a great vibe when you're there!. I have never been to a salon where the receptionists are so friendly without being fake and this place is real! The girls there are so attentive! While I was waiting for my hair to be done, I was offered coffee, tea,water or even something to eat! It's such a classy place without the high prices.It's close to the freeway and the Brea Mall. I moved to Newport Beach, but I still make the drive to Brea to get my hair and facials done.Terri gave me a great facial! She knows her stuff! I love this place overall because I can get everything done in one stop! My hair, facials, waxing, and nails! I highly recommend Kallisto Salon & Spa to my friends and family and to anyone else looking for a place to get pampered and beautiful!

Bad Customer Service. I called a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment for a manicure & pedicure. It was a saturday I called. I was put on hold and then Rose - who I believe is the owner got on the phone and I told her I wanted a manicure/pedicure for a certain Saturday and she said she was not available that day, but said she would check with other gals to see who was available. . She took my number .. NO ONE EVER CALLED me. I live within walking distance of this salon. But because no one ever called me back I would never call them again.

Amazing Service, Resonable Prices. This new Salon & Spa is elegant and spacious. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment in which to get your hair done. I've been here many times and I always leave happy with the results. Both my color and cut are fantastic, without breaking the bank (a partial weave and cut costs me about $120). I recently moved to Brentwood and I'm more than willing to make the drive back! I highly reccommend it!
