Terrible Customer Service. This is the usual place I go to get my makeup. But I try to avoid all the sales persons walking around becuase for the most part they are rude. The first time I came in to ask about concealer, the sales lady looked at me like I had no business being there. When you ask them a question, they act like you are disrupting them somehow and that they can't be bothered to help you. The only time I encountered courteous service was from a woman who was there as a guest from the Vincent Longo Co. and she didn't even work there! This time around, I asked for a particular section of makeup, and I'm pretty sure I asked nicely but she retorted with the most comtemptuous "Excuse me?!" that you have ever heard, treating me as though I'd just insulted her.

If you go here, just go for their products, but avoid their salespersons, they have a tendency to be very very rude.
