Horrible company. DO NOT USE these people. Very unprofessional, rude and lack any type of customer service and decency. After 8 weeks from the service call, they haven’t done a single thing to fix my AC. They did not even show up for the last 2 appointments. Not even a phone call to apologize or reschedule the appointment. I constantly have to go through my warranty company for them to call me back. After they take your service charge fee, good luck getting them to do anything else. Be warned, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
