WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL Service. Impeccable service!!! Can't say this enough. Walked in with a new camera - afraid to touch it. Walked out having a good understanding of the basics. Everyone there was great - I worked personally with Rick... he was patient, kind, engaging and encouraging. I found Samy's based on word-of-mouth... I'm a fan. And will tell anyone who asks to visit Samy's ... a wonderful resource with wonderful advisors/ people. Thank you Samy's (and thanks Rick!).

Fantastic service. I traveled from Oceanside so it was my first time inside the store. They have a great inventory of camera merchandise and their customer service was fantastic.

Alesia was great!. Alesia, the salesperson who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a new point and shoot for my daughter and Alesia helped me figure out the perfect one to get her. The customer service was top notch and I'll definitely be back.

Welcoming and comfortable.. Every single time I come into Samy's Camera, Alicia is always friendly and welcoming which is awesome as a customer walking into a store. It's very welcoming and comfortable.

Terrific Staff. Justin has been remarkable in his care and patients in trying to get Nikon to solve my camera malfunctioning problems. My camera is still under warranty and I have had to return to Sammy's three time with problems. I am not happy with Nikon, but Justin has been terrific!
