Terrible Service Department.
Terrible Service department, and I've given them 3 chances.
First time I took my Audi in to check the breaks as they were "Squeaky" and they told me they were okay, and just dusty, but not worn.
Then as I was driving home I noticed a light was on for "low tire pressure" (Meaning they did not check the tire pressure when they do the routine point inspection to check for other issues.
So I brought it back a 2nd time, and had the tire replaced as there was a nail in the tire.
THEN my light goes on again 2 weeks later indicating the oil is low.
Again, what's the deal with the point inspection if they can't check something as simple as the volume of oil in the car??
Not bringing my car back here, they're sloppy with service, and really need to improve upon that.
The only saving grace was the speed they get you in and out of the service department, and with car rentals as well.
Service itself needs improving.
Worst service I've ever experienced.
I recently moved to Orange County and I needed to take my 2006 VW Jetta in for an oil change. I mistakenly chose to take my car into the nearest Volkswagen dealership, rather than asking around to see which was best. I ended up at this Commonwealth Volkswagen/Audi dealership. I called to make an appointment and was impressed they had an opening the very next day. I arrive at the location at my appointment time and saw a sign that they offered shuttle service to take you back to your work or home instead of waiting for your service to be completed. I inquired to my service representative about this service and he recommended I just wait for my car since it was such a small service and should only take about an hour and 15 minutes. So I waited and after an hour and 15 minutes I asked the clueless cashier girls about my car's status and they said they had not received my paperwork yet and that it must not be ready.
After an hour and 45 minutes I inquired again and they suggested I talk to my service representative. Apparently my service representative had gone to lunch and not done my paperwork. Another service rep finished my paperwork, took me to the cashier without any apologies for my extended wait, I paid my bill and was told my car was somewhere in the back. I had to use my car alarm to find my own car.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I came in for a simple oil change with an appointment and ended up wasting 2 hours surrounded by disrespectful people. I would not recommend this dealership for service - you should spend your money elsewhere. I'll be trying other dealerships next time, even if it means a longer drive.
