VERY GOOD SERVICE!. I was given all the information needed to file my guardianship case to become guardian of my granddaughter, with the probate court. A-Plus-One and Kathy Davis, along with her assistant, Kathy Fitzpatrick, were quite knowledgable about the court system, prepared all documents needed for my case and walked me through the whole process. And, there price was quite reasonable. I would recommend anyone to Kathy Davis. Great rates, they were friendly and hospitable and very efficient!!!

Absolutely Terrible. KATHY DAVIS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING! I hired her for my probate case. She kept stalling and MANY months later finally got the papers in and I got a hearing date. At that hearing I was shocked to TEARS when the judge told me that the person who had filled out the papers (Kathy Davis) had no idea what they were doing and to demand my money back. I ended up having to hire an attorney for over $10,000 to repair all the damage she did. I have emailed her several times about getting my money back and she tells me every time that she will get me some money by the end of the week. I haven't seen a penny from her. DO NOT USE HER SERVICE. I also had her help me with a custody matter the same time I hired her for the probate and now am going to have to yet again, hire some one else to redo it. Awful, awful, awful.

Surprised!!!. I'm really surprised at the negative comments I see. My experience with A Plus One has been beyond satisfactory. In addition, I have recommended Kathy's service to several friends who've also been highly satisfied with her work. If you need such services, give her a try.

PS. In a business that offers highly discounted prices, you're likely to attract a few "flakes".

GREAT EXPERIENCE. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE PREPARED FOR ME. I NEEDED A RUSH, AND ALL PAPERWORK WAS EXPEDITED QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY. I WOULD USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND I WOULD RECCOMEND "A PLUS ONE" TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.. APPRECIATIVE CUSTOMER

Baddddddd Experience. The documents were improperly filled out. It took over a month to receive this incorrect copy. When I confronted Kathy with the errors, alot of excuses were made. I was told she prepaired 300 BK's a month,

and that it is alot of work for $200.00. It sounds like Kathy needs a new line of work. I know she won't be getting any referal business from me !

WORSE DOC CENTER EVER!!. I was filing BK papers which was done over the phone. Payment was check over the phone. After that I was told that my papers would arrive within 1 week. After calling and calling, I was told they were mailed out, when they werent. Each time I called I was spoken to rude, told that she had 50 new cases a day, I was holding her up, then she hung up on me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
