***NEW CUSTOMERS - BEWARE*** Their website states their haircuts are $65 and up. However, they do not tell you that the price depends on the stylist you are put with. Which in my case, and I wouldn't be surprised if they did this with other new customers; assign you to the most expensive stylist. So, don't be alarmed when your simple haircut starts at an expensive $65 and ends at $89 and then $102 with tip.

The owner still has yet to resolve this issue. Customer service is awful and I feel like I was completely mislead. Will never return. Think twice before getting your haircut at Shanghai Hair Salon.
