I know there are several bad reviews on here but I have never had a bad experience. They always see my 2 kids promptly, they're super nice, they work with my friend who does not have insurance (she's a cash patient and they give her discounts) and they're always friendly. It's a great office in a very accessible location. Dr. Kim is always polite and kind to my children. I recommend them whenever anyone asks. People should give them a second chance if they've had a bad experience...things change over a year or two :)

I usually do not share my experiences with the Internet but I must say that after my daughter came home excited about a school presentation that Teddy Bear Dental staff gave to her classroom and her willingness to go to the dentist, I was amazingly surprised how happy it all turned out. The office was so cute, with teddy bears everywhere and the staff was friendly and caring and very kind. Everything was explained to me and a very reasonable treatment plan was presented. Dr Teddy made her feel comfortable and she actually can't wait to go back and see him. I would definitely recommend the office to my friends.

nice office. very kid friendly decor. my boy cried alot, because it was his first visit and he just turned 3. But everyone was very patient and put me at ease. Dr. Kim was supernice. took his time to explain, even though office was busy. My boy had 1 small beginning cavity on his molar. Showed me things I could do make him feel comfortable, so we could seal molars in near future.

WE LOVE COMING HERE. My 4- year old daughter's first visit to the dentist. Everything went very well to my amazement. Doctor and staff took time to explain and show, and actually Joan giggled and was having fun!! Thank you for being so wonderful.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I was referred by a friend, who is a dentist in Irvine area. I have a 5 year old and 3 yeard old boys. My 5 year old is autistic, so I try very hard to do right things for him. Previously, I tried a couple of pediatric dentists, and they didn't go well. This office was very supportive of my effort and took time to cover all my questions. very kid-friendly and knowledgeable. My 5 year old for the first time left the dental office with a smile. That meant a lot to me. I would be happy to refer any parents looking for a good pediatric dentist in this area. I see a review about bad experience, regarding insurance. I work for dental insurance company,and I feel bad you had bad experience. I thought the front staff here was super nice and knowledgeable. I think you should explain them again your story and ask for appropriate adjustment. I am sure there was some misunderstanding. Good luck.

Dr. Teddy and all the staff are great with the kids! We appreciate their friendly and patient approach. The tvs help too! Everyone was nice and made it easy for my kids to visit the dentist.

Big Smiles. Dr Kim is one of the sweetest, professional, kind dentists I've ever met. He has made my childs once considered a terrifying dental experience to a relaxing and even fun (yes, fun!) one. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and the office is beautiful. TV's in every room and even a wide selection of dvd's to make your kids experience more comfortable.Dr Kim is the ONLY dentist I will trust my kids teeth with.

Will be going back!. Being a single parent I just love a place that makes things easier on me and it doesn't get much easier then my kids coming home with goodie bags from Teddy Bear Dental and saying how they can't wait to go to the dentist! Music to my ears since they were due to go and I had been dreading the time I would have to take them since I never liked the dentist myself as a kid. Suprised I'm a little excited to take them now.

Great Kids Dentist. I felt compelled to write a review on the great dental experience we had with Teddy Bear Dental. This office is just fantastic!! My 3 and a half year old son looks forward to going to the dentist. Can any of us say that when we were that age?

My son had an accident while on vacation in Hawaii and broke a tooth. I called the office on a Friday to see how soon I could bring him in. They got us an appointment first thing on the following Monday. I was amazed how quick they got us in.

This was the first time we were seeing Dr. Kim. His chair-side manner was amazing. He fully explained to me and my son what was going to happen. He totally put us at ease.

I fully recommend this office to children. And my sons favorite part was getting watch his favorite videos on the TV. that's on the ceiling! Thanks Guys:)
